TapXO Support
Help for TapXO games, online play, and encrypted communities.
Encrypted community will not connect
Keep the invite link private, open TapXO on both devices, and allow Bluetooth when using nearby delivery. Private chat can try the live TapXO ciphertext gateway, configured Nostr relays, and nearby Bluetooth. An established private room is designed not to depend on a central chat database, but each delivery route remains best effort.
Messages are pending
Pending ciphertext is retried when the app returns online, becomes visible, resumes, or finds a nearby peer. Nearby courier records expire after 24 hours. Membership changes can invalidate messages encrypted under an older epoch; TapXO re-encrypts eligible pending messages for the current epoch.
Safety help
Use a message’s menu to reply, privately message, report, or block. A report warning identifies that the selected evidence will be disclosed to the community owner and separately submitted to TapXO moderation when that service is available. Use the privacy wipe by tapping the TapXO wordmark three times and typing WIPE.
Known beta limits
Private encrypted chat is a beta pending an independent cryptographic review. Large media, live push-to-talk, public nearby discovery, geohash rooms, and BitChat wire compatibility are not supported. Physical iPhone-to-Android Bluetooth testing and operating-system background behavior are still release-validation items. Bluetooth availability varies by device, permission, proximity, radio state, and operating-system policy.
Contact
Use the monitored temporary Digit Fusion support form and identify the app as TapXO at the start of your request. Include your platform, app version, and a short description of the issue. Never send private messages, invite links, cryptographic keys, safety numbers, or sensitive personal information in a support request.
